*** Disclaimer - this video was filmed on the Stampede Road. All footage was filmed within a small designation of land that allows drone/video footage (because it's outside of Denali National Park/outside the boundary of the park/preserve). No footage in this video was filmed inside the park boundaries. Always make sure you know the park boundaries before filming any adventure, especially with drones*** * 0:00 - 7:50 = Into the Wild story and 25th anniversary podcast with John Krakauer * 9:45 = the adventure north towards Stampede Road/where the trail begins * 13:40 = snowmachining attempt out to the bus site In Episode 67 of Truck House Life, I'll take you on a solo journey 25 years in the making... I have always wanted to go to the site of the Magic Bus, where Christopher McCandless (aka Alexander Supertramp) was found passed away after he had gone missing for 2 years. Chris truly lived in his final years, taking to the road with genuine curiosity and purpose. The story/book/movie always fascinated me and I love seeing every part of this beautiful state possible, so finally I take you Into the Wild! Enjoy! If you're interested in my film equipment I use for my videos, here are links (I make a small commission if you purchase the film equipment through these links below;) I only recommend products that I personal love, and I'm super happy with all of these products that I researched heavily before purchasing myself... Thanks everyone! Zhiyun Gimbal (perfect for the A6400 with a heavy lens): Sony A6400 mirrorless camera (awesome, clear video): Sigma 16mm camera lens (THE BEST lens I've ever used): Mavic Mini drone (impressive drone footage and cheap price): GoPro Hero 8 (great action video): If you enjoy my YouTube channel and would like to donate to help pay for some diesel to keep my adventures and videos rolling, please donate to my PayPal at: THANK YOU!
