Hikers Discover Fresh Graffiti in Little Cottonwood Canyon, UT
A beautiful view from atop a boulder in lower Little Cottonwood Canyon was ruined on Tuesday.
Related: Vail Resorts Billboard in Park City, UT Eloquently Vandalized by Disgruntled Local Two hikers alerted Unified Police officers that they had potentially spotted a group of vandals graffitiing a large granite boulder in the Salt Lake City neighboring canyon. When they arrived to investigate the scene, the hikers’ fears had been confirmed.
It is believed that the vandals were teenagers.
“Hey, whosever kids these are out here spray-painting rocks in Little Cottonwood Canyon, you’ve got to do a better job of being a parent!” Dillion Pile said, one of the hikers who called the police about the vandals.
