They are so versatile, you can use almost any ingredient for taco fillings. I think tacos are the ultimate minimalist food. You don’t need lots of fancy cooking equipment to cook tacos. Plus any taco is tasty! Here I am sharing how I make tacos, but remember, the filling and toppings can change with whatever looks fresh in the grocery store.
